However, I also understand that protective equipment for my child is my responsibility (helmet, gloves, shin guards, athletic protector). I hereby accept full responsibility for any injury to my child in the course of any ball hockey activity organized or sanctioned by the IIBHL. I hereby clear the IIBHL and its organizers and volunteers, as well as the Islamic Institute of Toronto, of any liability in the event of injury to my child, damage to or theft of his personal property occurring during his participation in any event organized or sanctioned by the IIBHL. I understand that the registration fee of $50 ($90 for two brothers, $130 for 3 brothers) is non-refundable once my child has been placed on a team. I understand that if I have two or more children playing, there is no guarantee they will be on the same team as they are picked one by one by the coaches, not assigned to a team by the league. I also understand that if my child is playing in Tier 1 (12-16 age group), the last game on a Friday night could end as late as 11 PM, and this is not too late for my child(ren).
